Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 10, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Finwise Finder ("we", "us") collects, uses and shares information when you use finwisefinder.com (the "Site").
Information we collect
- Information you give us: your first name, email address, and the topic you are interested in and your answers to our questions (for example approximate debt amount, debt type and your main goal), plus your consent choices.
- Information collected automatically: IP address, approximate location (country/region), browser and device type, pages viewed, the date and time of your visit, and the advertisement or link that brought you to the Site.
- Cookies and similar technologies: we use the Meta Pixel and a click-tracking service to measure how our advertising performs. These tools may set cookies and record that you visited the Site or submitted the form. We do not send your name, email or answers to Meta.
We do not ask for, and you should never send us, your Social Security number, bank account or card numbers.
How we use information
- To send you the information you request and show you options and providers that may fit your answers.
- To keep a record of your consent and protect against fraud and misuse.
- To measure and improve our Site and advertising.
- If you opted in, to email you tips and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
How we share information
When you submit the form we send you to a partner's website so you can view options. We may share your answers with partners who provide debt relief, credit, insurance, tax or related financial services, and with service providers that host our Site, store our records, or measure advertising (for example Cloudflare, Google and Meta), only as needed to provide those services. We may also disclose information if required by law. We do not sell your personal information for money.
How long we keep it
We keep lead and consent records for up to 24 months, or longer if required by law, then delete them.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or to stop emailing you, by writing to contact@finwisefinder.com. Depending on your state, you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act; we will respond to verified requests as those laws require. You can also limit ad tracking in your browser or device settings and in your Meta ad preferences.
Security
The Site uses an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and we limit access to lead records. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children
The Site is intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy and will change the "Last updated" date when we do. Questions: contact@finwisefinder.com.
